They should reconsider the look and feel of the interface. It's totally functional, but personally, I'd suggest to modernize it.

We've been using ContactPigeon for over 2 years and have been extremely happy with it. It's exceptionally powerful yet easy to use tool for engaging online visitors and customers across their various stages of acquisition. The platform packs a ton of features such as dynamic popups, behavior tracking, segmentation, push notifications and email marketing in one integrated solution.
UI could be better, but generally everything is great. However, during personal onboarding session, our account manager walked us through the platform step by step.
We wanted to better engage customers beyond the 1st visit and service booked, ContactPigeon is tremendously helpful in designing campaigns that continue to communicate with those audiences with personalized messages in order to increase retentions.
