I have been using Umail for a year working. First of all, the system is very user friendly so there is nothing to setup. Secondly, it is very affordable for a company of any size as they have various subscription options which is relatively free for 5000 contacts and subscribers . Thirdly, I think they are underdog in the email marketing and newsletter products because there are so many options nowadays but for me personally these guys are superheroes. :)
Nothing that I could remember perhaps they should also have a landing page? I think they are working on it but they have no landing page.
At first I don't wanted to pay so I tried with Free options but later as I used it, I see the value in their service. To be fairly honest, the Umail Email marketing platform is really good for Newsletter Campaigns and websites users updates. Also, I have always been using sign up API to grow our subscriber's base.
It was so easy to use Umail, especially the UI/UX interface is ridiculously simple to figure out, and I made colourful, engaging templates newsletters. You can use Umail for free up to a certain amount of subscribers, so I was able to prove the usefulness of the platform to my bosses. If you're brand new to email marketing, this is awesome.
I had no complaints about the actual service that these guy provide...but there are so many other alternatives in popular market that these people are invisible, perhaps they should do more advertisement of this amazing service
