Nothing much really. They were very cheap at first, but the prices went up thereafter.
Their lack of empathy and unhelpful CS is from a different universe. I have used Mailchimp, SendInBlue and now MailerLite so I believe I can speak with full confidence.
If anyone is worthy of a 0-star rating it has to be Pabbly.
I prefer MailGet Bolt among all the other email marketing services which I use till now because, in this software, there is no requirement of inserting any external SMTP as it comes with inbuilt SMTP in it. Autoresponder, list cleaning, and email tracking are some other useful features which I like the most.
There are no such drawbacks in MailGet Bolt but it would be great if they add live chat support in the starters plan which is available for $9/month. As this feature is available in all the other plans of this service other than the Starters Plan.
The best thing about MailGet Bolt email marketing service is deliverability, as it helped me land my emails in customer Inbox, plus it is super affordable and comes loaded with plenty of emailing facilities.
The dashboard is too simple in design, you can find all the facilities and features on the same page. But, I have recently heard that they are re-designing the dash. Still, all the services offered are great and they fulfill all my email marketing needs and requirements
