"Incredibly easy to use"


What do you like about Engati?

This is the best no-code chatbot platform out there, period. I have had no issues navigating through the platform, the user interface is amazing and very user friendly. I personally love the drag and drop feature, it is quite practical.

What do you dislike about Engati?

I do not have any complaints about the end product, or the software in general. I've had nothing but smooth sailing so far

What have you been using it for and what problems did Engati solve?

I have been using it for automating mundane and repetitive query resolution and FAQs that come up. It helped me program the same in the bot and let it handle the same while clearing my schedule to deal with other important aspects of the business.

What do you like about Engati?

it is fast, reliable and the best chatbot i came across. i previously had no idea how exactly does chatbot system works but the engati team made sure to help me the best. one can make a chatbot for their company in just 10 minutes of time which is quiet awesome.

What do you dislike about Engati?

i have been using the product since 1 year and havent have faced any issues with it yet.

What do you like about Engati?

We didn't need any background in coding to build our bot on Engati. Another great thing is that we don't need to manually upload FAQs. Their DocuSense technology allows us to upload our documents to the bot, which pulls the relevant information and delivers it to the user.

What do you dislike about Engati?

It would be great to have had a guide when we first started using their platform, but their support team showed us exactly what to do and helped us build a great bot

What do you like about Engati?

Engati chatbot platform enables us to make extraordinary chatbots without having any knowledge about coding. It has different pricing for different solutions which is very economical.

What do you dislike about Engati?

I have not come across any pros about Engati untill now, satisfied with the overall service and experience.

What do you like about Engati?

It's easy to use, the chatbot is easy to make. You can also use the bot marketplace (which I did) so that I don't have to start from the scratch.

What do you dislike about Engati?

The bot building can be quite tricky, but they have tutorial videos which are a savior.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Engati solve?

My main objective is for the customer, my chatbot acts as a single point of contact for contacting. My many basic queries are taken care of by the chatbot.
