We provide web-based monitoring services, and we can monitor your web servers, web sites, and applications as frequently as every minute. We will alert you right away when we detect a problem with your servers or websites, and you can minimize the downtime and loss of revenue caused by it.
We have more than 40 monitoring locations in different data centers around the world, and you can choose any of those locations to monitor your sites and solutions.
We can monitor all your assets that are accessible from outside your network. We make sure that the servers/devices are responding correctly and delivering the correct content. We have different levels of monitoring from simply opening a connection to a specific server to executing complex multi-step transactions and alerting you if any of your applications are not working correctly. We set up the transactions free of charge, or you can use any of our recorders to create the scripts yourself. A web transaction can be a purchase from an online store or a login into a specific system and checking a specific report, for example. We can monitor pretty much everything, and we create custom solutions for our clients free of charge as well.
We also provide e-mail round trip monitoring so you know that you can send and receive e-mails correctly. Blacklist monitoring and vulnerability scans can help you solve potential problems as well. The certificate monitoring will alert you if any error with your SSL / TLS certificate occurs.
You can be alerted immediately when we detect a problem by e-mail, SMS, voice calls, instant messengers, etc. We have Android and iOS applications that you can install on your smart devices and have real-time alerting. With our SNMP traps and URL contacts, you can automate your emergency processes and minimize the downtime which your clients will experience.
Detailed reports will provide you with accurate information regarding the different response times of your assets (DNS resolve, connection time, first bite, last bite, ping times, etc.). You can see which components of your websites respond slower and optimize them. In case of a failure, you will find other useful information like cache on the error and traceroute results. We have a false alert prevention system, so all detected problems have to be confirmed by an independent location before you are alerted. This way, we minimize the chance of you getting an alert when you are not experiencing an actual problem.
Public reports are also available if you want somebody to see the uptime statistics. You can download the raw data and import it into your database for reference. Our API gives you real-time information and control over your account. We do create custom reports as well based on our customer’s requirements.
You can have as many notification contacts as you like and as many users of the account with different access permissions. We do have current status plugins for most browsers and other useful applications and services like test tools, etc.
Our support team works around the clock 365 days a year, so you can always ask for assistance by e-mail, phone, or live chat. We do offer a takeover service – we receive the alerts if a problem is detected, and we follow your instruction – for example, calling your hosting company or doing some simple administrative work on your servers during off-hours.
