used to be SO easy and fair. It was a straight 10% on all small packages and 25% or $175 on freight.
Rates doubled and they only gave me 2 hours to sign the new contract or they canceled me completely. On a friday at 3pm. Added tons of new fees and charges that were not there before and nickel and dime you for everything. Also when they lose or damage a shipment, its like pulling teeth to get them to answer and we still are out $6000+ in lost packages just in the last 6 weeks that I already had to refund fully to my clients. I'm a small company and every loss hurts.
Daily shipping, freight. We ship $3000 a week in packages and pallets. Right now they wont keep our scheduled phone meetings as they are "too busy".
