"Varnish Enterprise is excellence in client and DDOS protection"

What do you like about Varnish?

Varnish Enterprise has allowed us to accelerate the connection of static content of our web page extending the connectivity with the poor connections in the databases in the dynamic content that this same one generates us. It is also easy to configure SSL to obfuscate the security of the IP with which our customers visit. Varnish Enterprise allows us an alternate DNS connection to the one we have making everything work quite fast and well.

What do you dislike about Varnish?

Varnish Enterprise needs optimizations enabled on some of the pages that are configured because sometimes the DNS is not secure and it crashes quite often. The back-end process needs to be configured separately as it does not allow to schedule a timeout of less than 300 seconds and sometimes we think that Varnish Enterprise is not the solution to what we want now.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Varnish solve?

As soon as we started using Varnish Enterprise we noticed an easy, cheap and prolonged way to speed up and improve our website by first getting a good SSL certificate that would allow us to improve our online security from the start. There is synchronization with many CDN and SSL certificates and the IP has a lot of security which makes it not violable under any circumstances. It is unpredictable to use Varnish Enterprise for any server usage both short and long term.
