Codelobster is very advanced IDE. It includes all standard abilities to working with HTML, CSS, PHP and JS files. The main advantave of this software is special plug-ins for all popular frameworks including WordPress, Yii, Bootstrap, Laravel, Angular, jQuery and so on.
It has poor documentation, but authors promise to release it very soon in autumn 2019
