I do not recommend using Raygun and I would rate it overall 0/10
- We spent 1 year using the solution (paid up-front)
- Our engineering team struggled with the metrics being incorrect or unreadable
- We reached out to the support team several time and they were not helpful
- Our engineering team gave up after a few month as the solution is not usable
- We switched to Datadog RUM and it is 100x better
Our yearly subscription was renewed without any prior notice. We reached out to Raygun team and they closed our account and refused to refund us.
