What do you like about Pepr?

We've been using the software for about a year and it's significantly improved labor and food spend. I'm consistently impressed with how easy the software is to get up and running, and our operators seem to love it as well. The customer support is great (24/7 support) and willing to spend time to walk us through any questions.

What do you dislike about Pepr?

The app is sometimes slow to load on my phone. Also, it can be tough for the ops team to take invnetory on their phones, so we had to buy them some tablets to go along with using the app.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Pepr solve?

I've been using Pepr to remove some tedious manual processes in our restaurants that suck up our labor. Pepr completely automates inventory, so all the team has to do is go through the restaurant and count. It allowed us to import existing shelf-to-sheet inventory, so the onboarding process was extremely simple. It also hooks up to my POS and suppliers with no headache on our end, that has been something we've struggled on with other softwares.
