Can't remember what my issue was but, they did get back to me right away and took care of the problem!
Easy to use and allows my employees to punch in and out when they are offsite and I can easily track their hours and location.
They are working on adding holiday and vacation hours which will improve the overall functionality.
SINC has made it very easy for me to track my employees hours and manage overtime. Our employees are on the road or off site for most of their shift and this makes it easy for them to punch in and out and for me to oversee the hours they are working.

When I first got sinc, it was to much for my company. As we grow we are using it more and more.
This is the first time I've had to use a staff management app, so I did my fair share of shopping around. I finally settled on SINC Workforce as it is so user friendly, gives me options to download data, lets me make notes against employee tasks and allows me to see what time my staff are working from home. This last point is incredibly important for me as I can better understand my staffs' needs based on their works patterns. Love the app, thank you!
Honestly, there's nothing I dislike. The overall user experience is great, so I can't complain.
I use it to track my staffs hourly schedules, as well as stay informed about when and on what tasks they're working on. It also allows for transparency for both parties, which is important.
It has been a great way to keep track of job costing, work getting finished , keeping costs in line, love the features and usability of the app

I love the features and the notifications feature
I do freelance consulting and need an easy app (desktop & mobile) to record and track the time I spend on my clients' projects. I discovered SINC and found that it does exactly what I need. It also allows me to enter the hourly rate I charge in my profile. When I start working on a project for one of my clients, I clock-in. Then, I clock-out when I am done. SINC makes it easy to get a monthly summary of time so I can accurately invoice my clients.
The functionality I'd like to see added to SINC is being able to see YTD and annual amounts on the fly w/o having to generate a report.

Associates find easy to use and edit . Edits must be approved by supervisor. Reports are generated and sent to email to furnish to payroll

Simple to use. Free for a couple of employees. Enough features in the free version to make it useful for a lot of scenarios
So far, I haven't found anything that I dislike about the app or the service. Maybe thr price tiers could be increased as there are only 3 broad tiers at the moment.
I use this to manage the schedule for our nanny. It calculates how much we need to pay her automatically, which alone saves me about 10 minutes a week. Before, I used a spreadsheet with formulas to calculate the hours:mins and pay, which was tedious each week!
She frequently forgets to clock in or out, so the edit feature is very handy. If she makes a mistake, a simple edit request and approval process and all is good!

Been using this for about 2 years now to manage a big amount of staff in different work environments.
Management is very help full to add new functions we asked them to add to make it better.
That it didnt calculate over time wages, but all fixed recently.
Employees sometimes downloads app before invited which make it hard if they created their own account.

Works awesome for keeping track of employees. Get notifications when the people on your team clock in.
It doesn't tell you the hours by decimal but only by minute and hour. It is a little bit difficult to use as well.
