Not much, I really did not get a chance to use the service much during my trial period and wanted to cancel my subscription.
I am a GC and was looking for a new scheduling and management tool, Contractor Foreman seemed attractive due to their free trial period. I started the subscription then realized the timing was not going to work for me so I inquired about canceling my subscription and was given the run around until I was past the free trial period and informed I would only be getting a 75% refund, after paying for a 1 year subscription, because I did not fill out the required information for the 100 day free trial period (in their fine print of course). Anyways I had proof from emails I sent that started within the 30 day period and they could care less and said it was their protocol, so I felt totally scammed. That's as far as I got with my subscription, I only logged in 1 or 2 times and I am sure they had a way of measuring my activity to see that I was not using the service during the 30 day trial, but like I said, they could care less. Be cautious about the service and their trial period as there are extra steps you need to take to get the full 100 day free trial.

The price was good but paid the price for it. Terrible product in so many ways.
Terrible product usability. My contractors hated to use it. When I decided to invoke the 100-day money back guarantee, I did check all the hoops that they asked us to jump through but I missed one small technicality, instead of asking me to correct it, they simply canceled my account and returned only a small fraction of the money. When I escalated it to the CEO, he responded like a very cheap person. No wonder the company is like this. The customer service person threatened me with a law suit if I were to leave a bad review. That seems to be the only way that they don't have so many bad reviews.
