It is organised into types such as preventative maintenance, faults, breakdowns, health and safety, inspections etc. Your team get reminder notifications, as well as the ability to filter according to sites, type, deadline, or the assigned person.
Features also include spare part management, subcontractors, procedures, excel reporting, statistics and a live dashboard to show exactly where you are and shows and alerts you to focus your attention on things that are running late or low on stock.
Your team can access the software through a desktop browser, iOS device or Android device. It is a cloud-hosted service so all backup, maintenance, security is taken care of by us and of course, new updates are automatically deployed for all customers.
