1) Metrimap - Core Performance Management Solution

This solution enables you to define Roles, KPIs and KRAs for your Employees; Set Targets against them; and Rate employee performance against the KPI. A unique aspect of the solution is that you rate an Employee’s performance against their KPIs and their performance rating gets derived automatically. You can also drill down from the Employee Ratings to the underlying KPIs. Metrimap can be flexibly adapted to the process your organization uses.

2) Metrimap  - Task Performance Management Solution

• This solution helps you to Create, Organize and Manage Projects, Task Lists, Tasks & Sub Tasks
• You can Invite users from both within and outside your organization to participate in the project
• Performance can be rated at an individual task level
• Use the built-in 8 point performance attribute scale to get dimensional granularity of performance
• It can also be used as a Timesheet application and you capture both planned and actual time against tasks
