I run a very active real estate business with 12 employees in Dubai. I have to post lots of announcements everyday over many different social media accounts. It was job of a full time employee once who used to gather details about available apartments and villas from individual sales executives and publish them on all our social media accounts one at a time. She used to be overloaded at all times. Therefore, the sales guys used to keep track of their own leads as well as find new leads and they were always complaining that the assistant was not very cooperative. They were doing their own work and the assistant's job as well. In short, we were having hard time managing all social media accounts for all our employees by just one person.
At first, we decided in our weekly progress meeting that we definitely needed to increase manpower to help the one and only assistant for our 12 dedicated sales executives. The user interface is quite friendly. I would appreciate more customization features though, to make navigation easier. But in all, it's a great app.

Tuve un pequeño problema (causado por mí por tocar una opción sin comprenderla correctamente antes) que me sirvió para probar el soporte del servicio. La espera por una respuesta fue breve, y me gustó que sea una atención personalizada y no un sistema automático que cuesta expresarle el problema. Aproveché para consultarle a la persona a cargo de ayudarme sobre la opción que toqué y me contestó sin ningún problema. En la versión gratuita puedes encontrar lo básico para manejar de manera eficiente tus redes y programar tus publicaciones, existen algunas limitantes como en la mayoría de los programas con versión gratuita y de pago.
Como por ejemplo poder manejar hasta 8 redes sociales, pero solamente una cuenta de usuario. En cambio, en la versión de pago se pueden manejar todas las cuentas que quieras, cada una hasta en 8 diferentes redes.

Hace poco tiempo comencé a utilizar Postoplan y tengo que admitir que superó ampliamente mis expectativas.

Una de las muchas ventajas que me brindó la aplicación es que puedo hacer una programación automática de mis publicaciones a cualquier horario y para el horario que yo elija, sin tener que preocuparme y estar al pendiente en las horas pico. Otro punto para recalcar y quizás el mas importante es que cumplen con lo prometido es una App gratuita, no una versión de prueba como muchas veces suele pasar. “Yo creo o pienso” que para un usuario común como es mi caso o una pequeña empresa, le alcanza con las funcionalidades de esta versión free. Pero si eres de una mediana compañía o más grande, puedes probar esta versión y en caso de necesitar mas prestaciones, siempre va a estar la opción de contratar alguno de los planes y mejorar tus recursos.
La app la recomiendo efectivamente, pero deberían agregar Instagram, ya que es una de las redes mas utilizadas.

Si bien para conectar Instagram con la página tengo que tener la versión Pro, apenas termine el free-trial voy a pagar por el mismo, ya que me saca un peso de encima. Esta bueno que uno pueda ver también las estadísticas de los posts, de momento solo puedo ver el de dos (que son los que publique de momento), pero espero que me ayuden a ver el engagement de los mismos una vez publique más cosas con Postoplan.

Hay dos cosas que no me gustaron de Postoplan, y son que no te deja elegir una contraseña, y además se tarda en permitirte conectarla con una cueta de Instagram. Al menos en mi cas me sucedió eso, por algo de la API si no recuerdo mal.

Hoy en día, puedo decir que postoplan me ayudo indirecta y directamente a aumentar la visibilidad del contenido ya que puedo planificar subirlo en los horarios pico de tráfico en redes. A su vez, al aumentar las visualizaciones aumentaron las ventas, por lo que ahora cuento con mayor presupuesto y estoy planeando en pasarme al paquete premium para así poder planificar mi cuenta de Instagram también.
Respecto a los puntos destacados a favor de descargar esta app es la opción de idioma al español. Muchas de las apps disponibles en el mercado funcionan únicamente en inglés ya que aún no se encuentran traducidas, por lo que postoplan lleva una ventaja debido a que tiene varios idiomas incluidos.
