We recently completed our 1st online election & the whole process was very smooth from start to finish, with Simply Voting walking us through every step along the way. There was constant communication and very prompt responses to our inquiries. We finished this election with a reduced budget compared to the previous paper based process. Voting was very straight forward and there were no support issues or problems to be dealt with. Results were available almost instantly and the reports provided were very useful.
A pre-existing ‘unsubscribe list’ was not discussed with us in advance – this meant that some of our voters had previously unsubscribed to receiving notices for a different Simply Voting managed election & subsequently, they were not receiving emails regarding our election (the unsubscribe request applied to all Simply Voting communication). When this surfaced, a solution was developed very quickly however.
We purchased a fully managed election and also chose to offer telephone voting. We decided to provide voter support ourselves (instead of paying for that option) which was a good decision as there were no technical issues. Having a vendor provide a secure, hosted platform for our election was great.

The simplicity of setting up a ballot is efficient and simple.
Getting the results was easy that I have the results within one (1) minute of entering the sight. Within two minutes, the results were sent to all of the voters.

There was nothing about the process that I did not like. It was not only efficient but it was “Simple” to use.
My screen was enlarged so I could not see where to put the questions. After work hours, I contacted customer support for help. Not only did Mr. Scolfield send explicit instructions, but followed up with a phone call to walk me through the process.
I am the principal at the best charter school on Colorado, Liberty Common School. Each year we hold our BOD elections for our community and staff. In the past, we would conduct these elections with a paper ballot. This was cumbersome and sometimes inaccurate. Recently, we changed to online voting. Simply Voting did a great job customizing the election ballots so that all families could accurately vote and ensured our thresholds were met for a successful elections.
