What do you like about TeamViewer?

Teamviewer is great because I can access and control another computer from my own computer. The application is very intuitive and allows me to connect to another computer quickly and easily. I also like the screen sharing and file transfer between computers, which has helped me to collaborate with my team and solve technical problems efficiently.
In addition, Teamviewer offers a wide variety of options and settings to customise my connection to suit my needs. For example, I can choose the picture and sound quality I want to use, or I can enable or disable certain options according to my preferences.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

I have had problems with the application when trying to use certain advanced functionalities, such as the option to control several computers at the same time. Sometimes I had to restart the application or I had to reconfigure my settings to get these functionalities to work properly.

What do you like about TeamViewer?

We normally have our on internal IT team (of which I am part of) to access our internal servers. Normally third party vendors are not allowed. But it can be that there's an issue and we need the help of a third party vendor. In that case we open Teamviewer Quicksupport on the server to allow access to the third party vendor and we watch what they are doing on the server. Once they are finished, we simply close the Teamviewer Quicksupport application and they are not able to access the server anymore.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

Nothing much, really. The application is quick and easy to use. If anything, maybe the prince. Because they are many vendors able to do exactly what Teamviewer does but for a better price.
Nevertheless we still use Teamviewer regularly not no other vendor.

What have you been using it for and what problems did TeamViewer solve?

Like I mentioned already, we use Teamviewer to give third party vendors quick access to our internal (customer) servers.
We host ERP software for our customers on Azure VMs and sometimes we need the hellp of a third party vendor to fix any problem. Teamviewer is excellent in providing quick access.

What do you like about TeamViewer?

Whether it's about accessing your colleague's computer for software-installation assistance or transfer data instant to & from your connected devices, TeamViewer pioneers in facilitating the process of remote accessibility to get things done without the need to be physically present.

As a senior IT officer, I find myself quite frequently being contacted by company employees as well as college students & instructors for assistance in setting up programs, running firmware updates. initialize data backups as well as perform troubleshooting diagnostics to ensure the client's machine is running as per their expectations - all of which is done by connecting to their device remotely from my laptop or smartphone. Speaking of smartphones, TeamViewer devs deserve a round of applause for creating such an intuitive user interface that's very well optimized to run on touchscreens. Said UI is easy to use & convenient to operate with little to no compromise on user experience. Personally, I am able to connect to my home computer from my smartphone at work & upload backup data with ease rather than dragging my external hard drive every time with me & risking an accidental drop & potential consequent data loss. In short, TeamViewer is a must-have tool if remote desktop (&/or smartphone) access is top priority in your line of work.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

While I'm overall quite pleased with TeamViewer's undisputed remote functionality, one of the main gripes I have with the platform is its occasional resolution switching for the sake of maintaining connection stability - only this time, it can also happen at times when both the host & client devices are connected on stable networks. This can sometimes be frustrating & screen visibility becomes impaired. I'm hoping that the dev team will release a fix in a future update.

What have you been using it for and what problems did TeamViewer solve?

TeamViewer allows me to seamlessly connect to my home desktop via the mobile / desktop application to backup & retrieve data thus eliminating the need to travel distances for physically accessing my machine for conducting the transfer process. Furthermore, friends & family members living overseas & require technical assistance are rescued with the help of using TeamViewer where I'm able to remotely assess their issue & resolve it subsequently. All in all, I'm glad to have bought into the service & I can safely say it's well worth the investment given the shear amount of convenience it delivers.

What do you like about TeamViewer?

It is very easy to install and it is very light. To connect, you only need the ID and that's it. I was surprised by how fast it establishes the connection between computers over the Internet

I have had problems when the internet speed is slow, so I recommend having a good connection. It is not a purely online tool, you must install Teamviewer on each pc or android you want to use

What do you like about TeamViewer?

TeamViewer has been one of the most used tools in the past couple of years when it comes to assisting fellow co - workers and even family with specific software issues or even general PC issues. It allows a stable and secure connection to the host PC with total control of everything that's going on that PC with the addition of file sharing option and live chat. This allows you to better explain the steps taken regarding the certain process or while troubleshooting.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

The quality of the connection depends on the stability of the internet connection, and if it is not at the high point, your control and movements as well as other actions taken on the host PC can have quite a bit of lag and this can get annoying from time to time. Also, the support in between the versions of TeamViewer is not really good, so if you are running eg. version 13 and the host is still on version 10, you will not be able to connect.

What have you been using it for and what problems did TeamViewer solve?

TeamViewer has been used by me for a long time now and mostly in order to help explain the steps that need to be taken in order to accomplish something with the job - related software or, when used privately, to help family members when having general issues with PCs. Overall it is one of the most reliable software solutions for remote access I have ever used.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

There are times when TeamViewer freezes and the connection is lost, it has happened to me that I must ask for the password again, and something a little annoying. This can be avoided by accessing by mail, but not all people are registered and it is a little more tedious. It is also a bit annoying that you always ask me for an update through notification, they should fix this, it is the only negative that has happened to me with this software.

I have solved several problems connecting through TeamViewer, since either I could not move to the place or it was simply not so easy to access. This is a program that everyone should have on their computer, since it makes work too easy. and the facility it offers is one of the best.

TeamWiewer has long been one of the best remote desktop connection programs on the market.
Easy to use both for home use and for companies that need this type of software for their operations by having different locations in the same city or different parts of the country or even the world, it is also used by those who provide computer services to people or companies independently, as well as workers who at some point do their work from home or that student who needs to share or retrieve some file or verify some data.
In itself it is still a good option since it is a program that demands little of the installed equipment even more if it is for small jobs but if not the problems are present.

Their technical service is one of the most irresponsible in the market, getting to the point of being extremely late in responding to customer requirements and if they insist they give you excuses that sound more like they are doing you a favor than actually providing you with a paid service and if we add their recently updated rates it makes many think about continuing to use this program.

Its update system is very complicated and heavy since it often limits access which makes you waste time that translates into money operating costs, many times the client has no knowledge and you have to make a previous induction so that he can update your terminal and can receive the appropriate help remotely but as you work for that client knows the program and manages its early update before assistance.

What do you like about TeamViewer?

This is a revolutionary software in my opinion, there are things that i was very impressed about this tool, first of all it is easy to use and install it on your device, it allows the user to work on a computer located anywhere like it is front of you all the time, this application can be used to connect to other device, in my case to other PC, it can help you very much if you are an office worker, it can provide you enough support if you are travelling abroad or if you are in your home, you can access to several devices and upload files or put some stuff on it's place and you can connect remotely with your colleagues if you want.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

There are a few disadvantages that i found on this software, the first is that the free version users do have many restrictions in use and it don't have many features that they can discover or use, it means that one can buy all the whole software if they want to use all the features but they don't have the time or the money to afford it, for many it is too expensive, other thing that i found it a problem is you don't connect remotely to the dispositive in the first time using it but in the second time it connected, if ound this very strange and sometimes it is frustrating that you have to go to a website and do the authentication steps just to change an administrator thing.

One of the things that i like very much of this software it's that it's very easy to install it, i didn't found any complications on that area, it is very accessible too in anywhere, once you connect with the dispositive you can use the mouse and control it from you mobile device, you can track it with no difficulties at all, and also if you want you can log into multiple computers at once it is very amazing on it, it is vey efficient if you want to work from home or if you forgot something on the hardware just type the numbers, log in and it's done the job, this product have a lot of potential if you want to save documents or just do random things if you want.

Honestly there are not many flaws that i can found on this product, are just a few on it, first of all i think that the security policies are not the best on the market, it is an issue in the last few years, they need to improve on it and prevent malicious use, other thing that i don't like it is the price value, it is very expensive for some people and they can't afford it, on the first time that i wanted to connect it refused but this didn't happen on the second try, i found this very strange and sometimes it's very stressful to go on a website and do the autentication steps that it commands you to do it.

I like TeamViewer because is very popular and easy to use with customers that require remote support and we don't have a remote agent install on their machines. It is the ideal solutions for ad-hoc IT support. It is free for personal use. I also like the Management Console and the fact that now Teamviewer is moving in the direction of an RMM product offering anti-malware protection, backup and monitoring capabilities with ITbrian.

What do you like about TeamViewer?

What I like about TeamViewer is that it gives me good accessibility to be able to communicate with my coworkers through remote access. The video quality that TeamViewer possesses is quite nice, it does not matter if you own a computer with low resources or an internet with little broadband connection, the connection that you will have will be quite light due to the resources that TeamViewer occupies in its use of band.
