Simple service with the necessary foundation for remote support services. While other competitors tend to complicate the remote control process, this one simplifies it, allowing you to do what is intended, fast and free.
It lacks some necessary features, like integrations with third-party apps (ticket systems, team and task managers, etc.) and voice chat. Like, c'mon its 2024, who even uses text chat?^^
Since TeamViewer and AnyDesk commercial licenses are quite expensive for an occasional use in a small company, we tried HelpWire as a new fresh solution for remote access. It does the trick for now, but obviously has a long way to go to become the ultimate tool remote support tool.

It is free, it has most of the basic features for on-demand remote support, it is fast and we have not faced any connection delays or drops.
The interface is a bit overcomplicated for a simple remote support solution. It looks like it has some business-oriented foundations, but only foundations, no real useful stuff yet. Wish it was slightly simpler for quick remote sessions.
Its a fresh product, new to the market, but its free, so we decided to give it a try for occasional remote support sessions in our company. Firstly we used it for inner processes, administrating internal software management tasks for our employees, and later tried it for remote support of our clients. HelpWire has proven itself fast and reliable. Hope to see some integrations and more business features later.
