I've been using Interakt for a long time now and have been using it regularly for Live-Chat, Helpdesk, FAQ and E-mails.
Pros:
a. It has everything at one place.
b. Pricing is customizable.
c. Whenever I think I feel a need for any new feature or any updates, the team is very cooperative and gets done within no time.
d. I like the easy interface of the application.
e. Customer support team is very supportive and efficient.
Cons:
I can't seem to find any cons yet, as whatever I have, the support and development team resolves it within no time.
