"Bringing convenience in customer service"

What do you like about Livechat?

The icon for initiating a live chat presents itself in a visible active manner to let clients on the website know that they can chat live with an agent. It also integrates very well with our system that integrating it with a bot was easy in order for other queries from clients to be answered automatically by the bot. It provides a great interface for clients to interact with agents in an intuitive manner with ability to attach files to their messages. It also extracts well client's contacts including phone numbers from the form to our database.

What do you dislike about Livechat?

It has very few features that makes it impossible to work alone instead it needs many integrations of which it is a hassle to integrate it with other applications.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Livechat solve?
