Connecting with new leads : Sam, the new customer onboarding specialist receive 500 new phone leads from the landing pages on his company website today. The leads have given Sam the permission to contact them by explicitly sharing the phone numbers through the landing page. Landing page data shows that these 500 leads are interested in 3 different products that they offer. Sam doesn’t have the time to call all the 500 leads and explain the products individually. He tried sending them SMS through bulk service providers, but failed to create an impact because of the limited text-length, options and also because they have been ignored as spam by your users. Sam tries WhatsMany, as most of his customers already use WhatsApp. He signs in and creates 3 different workbooks and adds the contact list and customer names from the landing page data to the spreadsheet interface. He then composes the template messages using placeholders and attaches corresponding pdf brochures requested information by the leads. Presses send, and all the leads get unique personalised messages and pdf brochures.
