What do you like about Simply CRM?

This is the only tool that we've used in filtering our client data and structuring them. We have been using Simply from the past 6 months and it's been working great in connecting, marketing, invoicing, ordering each and in every sphere. As a system repair and recovery team, we strongly recommend this tool for all your business operations.

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

Dashboard is superb, event management is amazing and opportunity management is to the next level. We don't see any discrepancy apart from better pricing management.

I want to share my personal experience in using and adopting Simply CRM in our business. We have got a team of 20+ pros and have grouped them for internal communication as well as task management. We have further synchronized this tool for outbound communication with our clients. In all, this tool represented & redefined our business goals successfully.

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

Customer support should always be great to have a great business services. Simply's CS is excellent, it's always there online in the chat-bot and so many articles as well. Anyone can go through and get a good understanding. So far we are in good stand with Simply.

We use Simply in our lead generation platform as a contact mining purpose. Whatever be the contacts we gain through our lead page, we utilize the power of Simply to re-market the same.

Simply helped us in making informed decisions based on real-time data that help us in creating multidimensional reports and forecasts. The worst case with Simply was app availability and that’s been already sorted out and now we have a full access through Android and iOS devices.

What do you like about Simply CRM?

We performed a trial for 1 month first to see how it goes as compared to other providers. We have created a sheet based on various business parameters such as speed, pricing, features, third party integrations and configuration time. After performing this, we assessed to see which worked best. Our observation revealed that Simply cleared our screening and we opted for that. Our sales & marketing team is doing a great job with Simply CRM.

Simply can be customized without any coding or programming expertise. It is flexible enough to do so many tasks quite well for a small to medium scale business that does not need super specialist apps. It is obvious enough for our business users to take up without any push-back.

All features are useful and nicely coded. No slowdown at all. The visual insights are truly business saviour meaning you understand the business logic, opportunities for your targeted prospectus. In all, this online CRM software is capable of doing anything that you think in favour of your business.

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

We are fine with the pricing option of this CRM but sometimes we think and compare it with a few in the market, they are available even below $25 per user per monthly basis but at the same time if we further compare it features wise, Simply has got our final selection because of the premium features coming along.

We are using Simply for reducing the overhead caused by to and fro page/quote requests . Also, the kind of support ticketing system we need. Overall, we are getting good response from the team and customers data assessment.

What do you like about Simply CRM?

This tool is truly designed by the professionals and they have managed the structure flow pretty good. The calendar, vendor access, invoicing, appointment, opportunity, project, contract, billing etc are the sections they have made available on the quick panel top on dashboard. You will not have to browse or traverse here and there again and again for the quick job done. In all, Simply is a CRM that not only performs your tasks, but it handles it in an efficient manner.

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

When we tried searching for email templates, they have made available the same under the tools column and there are more than 20 different templates available. We have got trouble setting
Up an invoice template but soon their support representative helped us via a quick call. We integrated many templates later on and done this job our own without any help. Thank you team Simply.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Simply CRM solve?

Well, the primary use of this tool in our firm is to re-target the prospectus for RFP quotes. We do this by our websites landing page and this is further managed by using this tool. We are doing this from the past many months and we don't have any issues at all.

What do you like about Simply CRM?

We are a team of 5 individuals and working on IT services. We offer multiple services from different technology segments. Our aim is to be a one-stop-shop for all our clientele needs and in this regard, we were looking for a CRM tool that can not only manage our contacts but at the same time, our marketing needs too. We have tried Simply and got fabulous results. Now, we have our client database, events, appointment, project management, invoicing, meeting and marketing automation in one place.

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

The software works flawlessly and achieves our business goals. We have not received any complaints so far. In all, the dashboard, and other task pages work great. They have improved the intelligence feature by offering cool suggestions in the form of dynamic tool-tip boxes.

Simply is a CRM that helps businesses get their marketing done in the most advanced fashion. The great side of it remains in the content automated process where you can trigger all your scheduled and planned events on a timely basis. What do you like about Simply CRM?

The best case scenario is it matches and addresses all our business needs and further customization via linking and configuring the third party APIs. The ease of managing records and processing them by applying further actions such as vendor or appointment/contact management, makes it more responsive and faster compared to other CRMs. Our original goal was to simplify the record keeping and marketing with the same. As of now, we are utilizing its full pace to convert and generate customer’s engagement.

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

The worst case has not been yet discovered and we are not interested in researching that either :) Our goal has been achieved and we believe that our team is doing amazing work in the sales and marketing segment. After-all, marketing automation is the only thing we want to achieve in our processes.

Simply CRM is helping us to manage the processes and appointment as work from home goes on. It's probably the best tool to meet all employee in place.

What do you like about Simply CRM?

All the features that have been used so far are extremely time saving. When I gave it a try to use Simply a month back, I was just doing all the emailing and adding activities manually. But after a successful test, I am automating this process with just a few clicks. I used to go to the activities page and perform everything from there without going to each individual section. I am happy so far using this CRM but still I never clicked on a lot of things on the dashboard and I believe those are all going to be handy next time for me.

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

As mentioned above, I have been in the trial segment so I could not find the time to look into the negatives of it or any complaining things for Simply.

Simply helped in achieving our business targets via connecting the contacts through third party channels including but not limited to Mailchimp only. It works good, just tested it for one month.

I wish there was a more central education area for the use of Simply, to further educate it's users on effectively automating daily tasks, emails, etc. They have a central repository articles though but conducting a weekly email regarding important features would work best.

The best part of using Simply CRM is its dashboard. We have got all tasks on a single topmost section and it has helped us to save lots of time. The compelling positive force of invoicing, order management, marketing automation, calendar-based event and appointment fix, opportunity and project management etc are only a few features from the stack of many.

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

As of now, the only thing Simply needs to work on is their pricing model. However, they have the coolest per user per month pricing option but we want them to work on quote based pricing as well.

We are not sure if it’s intuitive for us to secure all of our marketing automation.Any of their representative’s intervene is requested on that part.

What do you like about Simply CRM?

We are an SMB business to business company and this suits our needs very well. The CRM features allow for tracking customer data easily and we are able to trace the business inflow via spending and generating the outcome as an ROI. The visuals statistics are very much helpful to us in budgeting and spending etc so in all it works good. The front user interface is super easy to understand, there are great features, like creating web forms and workflow automations, and the price is not as high as other CRMs. In all, they are offering all premium features for a very competitive pricing options.

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

The support is great and they have exceptional resources in terms of articles and other ways to assist their customers. The multi-language feature is really good to understand the system and hence the CRM solution.

"Easy and Accessible within a click- Full Marks "


What do you like about Simply CRM?

Simply CRM is a highly customizable, powerful invoice and report builder softwarel with multiple packages including adding events to customers calendar, contract, product, project, contact, web forms, campaign and vendor management. If you have a zero technical understanding, you can simply create features using drag and drop functionality. It’s been 4 months now and we have customized all our business processes in Simply. We had an issue at the time of the free trial period which was handled by their representative too quickly and extended their support to a non-paying customer :) We’ve already decided to proceed and execute all our customer-centric tasks using Simply CRM.

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

What do you like about Simply CRM?

Pros: It was super easy to install and configure Simply and synchronize it with all the client's data which I already had in my email account. Now when I open an email from my customer I have all the essential information featured right in front of the email & I don't spend much time navigating the spreadsheets. I love to use automated bulk emails, scheduled follow-ups, and many more things. Simply interface is simple-to-use, all actions take only a few seconds to manage. I really enjoy it.

I’ve got an opportunity to plan campaigns and monitor them visually, Simply has already worked and developed that system in their CRM.

We started Simply as a free and basic user, played with the features on one of our dummy contact databases. Our Podcast creators and other team members have been using this since last 6+ months. "One click Task Manager- Just Superb"


What do you like about Simply CRM?

Simply is super easy to use and their informative support makes it even better. They not only tell you how to accomplish a task, they also provide the 'why' for the task. It is a tool that I use all day, everyday and the social functionality is some of the best I've ever seen. I love being able to review all of the activity in one pane and even like comments or respond in that same pane. I wish that direct or private messages to our pages were accessible here, but I do get everything else. If you are looking for a marketing tool that includes all of the digital components for your marketing plan, this is it. You won't find a single platform that is as easy to use and incorporates so many of the things we do.

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

Simply added functionality that is helping us with that also campaigns are one of the ways I use to distinguish between brands, especially with Social posts.

What do you like about Simply CRM?

The best thing I liked about Simply was the ability to do sales, marketing and support all in one pack. Our sales team is able to track opportunities and view sales funnel reports, Gantt charts, sales visual insight etc. The marketing team is able to create and send email forms and tag the contacts to specific target audiences as well. The support staff is able to use a ticketing system to manage all projects and assistance log in one place.

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

There are some places where you have to click here and there just to be sure you are on that page. Also I noticed the search tab sometimes find everything but the next time you miss it if you don’t know exactly what needs to be searched, the intelligent search feature must be there to make it like a Google search box.

What do you like about Simply CRM?

I have been using Simply CRM for more than 6 months and it’s one of the better purchases I’ve done for my business. You can manage your customers here easily including but not limited to sales teams, marketing teams, and administrators + more. Simply is just making things doable and reducing the hard work and hence the manual stress and feeding the data.

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

Not knew about web form integration but their support helped me with this. They have managed the tutorial part and have told me how to add products to this, manage other processes and more. So I don’t have any complaints about them.

My experience with Simply has been excellent. The software has streamlined our company to become more efficient and productive. This CRM has a bundle of marketing material i.e. lead form, email campaign, user management, list building and more so in all, it’s a great suit.

This CRM is amazing, really helped us streamline our customers and manage business processes. We are very happy with their dashboard as we can find each and every feature onboard which is important for any customer database. You can do a lot with this as it comes for a free trial and you can assess it further.

They have a superb dashboard with all options a successful CRM must-have. But yes, I feel they should offer some interactive layout meaning when you hover the mouse to any specific feature/option such as user management, or project section, it should pop out the text, etc so that it can look more classy and readable, not necessary though.

My overall experience is great with Simply. I apptreciate the Simply team members for their hard work and efforts to make it the easiest, simple, affordable and complete altogether. What do you like about Simply CRM?

It's way thoroughly designed and full-featured CRM. Simply is easy to get started with and once you get into it, you’ll discover that it has a great depth of features. Also easy to try out, with a free trial + quite a good customer support in the period.

So many things can be done in the free version to maximize its potential: a customized sales process, the email synch, web forms, adding projects, managing contracts, invoices, contacts and much more. I recommend Simply CRM to those who are having multiple processes running in their business and needs task assignments along with marketing done.

Also, Simply has got so many support articles and tutorial so it’s very easy to understand and work through.

They have so many interactive and cool features, you must go for their free trial to understand how it works, in all, there is no complain from our side.
