But after a successful test, I am automating this process with just a few clicks. I used to go to the activities page and perform everything from there without going to each individual section. I am happy so far using this CRM but still I never clicked on a lot of things on the dashboard and I believe those are all going to be handy next time for me.

As of now, the only thing Simply needs to work on is their pricing model. However, they have the coolest per user per month pricing option but we want them to work on quote based pricing as well.

If you have a zero technical understanding, you can simply create features using drag and drop functionality. It’s been 4 months now and we have customized all our business processes in Simply. We had an issue at the time of the free trial period which was handled by their representative too quickly and extended their support to a non-paying customer :) We’ve already decided to proceed and execute all our customer-centric tasks using Simply CRM.
This CRM is coming with many features and it includes premium features too which are costlier in other providers so, from the cost point of view, it’s cheap and greatly efficient. The only thing that they need to work on their pricing model i.e. they should offer quote-based pricing as well.

Pros: It was super easy to install and configure Simply and synchronize it with all the client's data which I already had in my email account. There are some places where you have to click here and there just to be sure you are on that page. Also I noticed the search tab sometimes find everything but the next time you miss it if you don’t know exactly what needs to be searched, the intelligent search feature must be there to make it like a Google search box.

Not knew about web form integration but their support helped me with this. They have managed the tutorial part and have told me how to add products to this, manage other processes and more. So I don’t have any complaints about them.

They have a superb dashboard with all options a successful CRM must-have. But yes, I feel they should offer some interactive layout meaning when you hover the mouse to any specific feature/option such as user management, or project section, it should pop out the text, etc so that it can look more classy and readable, not necessary though.
