What do you like about uContact?

uContact allowed us to have an omnichannel vision of the interactions with the clients, this is a key feature as we aim to provide a unique user experience.
We are certain that they will be a long-term technology partner as they are constantly adding new features and improving their product.
As we keep expanding, uContact accompanies our growth without creating setbacks and allowing a quick increases in licenses.

What do you dislike about uContact?

No WhatsApp integration yet, but it is understandable as whatsapp has no open API yet

What have you been using it for and what problems did uContact solve?

Interacting with clients via social networks, email, phone and sms.
In order to provide a good service we need to have a unique view of all interactions with a client, uContact allowed us to have everything in one screen.
Quality is important, our QA team constantly checks interactions and provides feedback to agents in order to get better every day.
