Born out of a reverence and respect for the philanthropic process, DonationXchange is a product of parent company Snap Solutions, LLC. Founded in 2002, SNAP has been working for over a decade to improve the ways donors and charities connect. The breadth of our products has continued to expand in conjunction with our deepening understanding of the needs of the sector.

About Penelope

Penelope is a user-friendly, cloud-based case management software solution designed specifically for human services organizations that offers access to centralized real-time data and client information, while providing scalability, availability, and durability.

In addition, this core system is supported by our growing suite of client engagement options that includes Add.Me, a configurable web form that allows your clients to securely add themselves directly into Penelope, and Add.Me Import, which provides agencies with the capability to bulk upload new clients into Penelope from a CSV file. We also recently released a product for Penelope called ClientConnect, a mobile customer portal that gives your clients the ability to update their profile information, view and book appointments, complete documentation or tasks, and more.
