Cloud Apps can also be incorporated into meetings so everyone joining the meeting has those Cloud Apps opened for them.

Yes. VIBE can be organized by Communities, where each Member and Meeting of the Community is visible when logged into the Client. Users can be Members of multiple Communities, and select one or all Communities to be viewed at a given time. Members of Communities can also be external to the Organization, and Guest login is supported without limit.
