Cogsworth will view external calendar events and not allow double bookings. Then, when appointments are made with staff, Cogsworth will write these appointments to external calendar connections.

You can even control the calendar invitation template that goes out to staff and customers and choose to display or hide information about the appointments. It is even possible for staff to never need to log in to Cogsworth, as they can get all their appointment information from their calendars.
