CMMS is a mobile and cloud application that simplifies the management enterprise assets and equipment, maintenance schedules, inventory, work order routing and reporting. About Limble

Limble CMMS was designed after dozens of hours of talks with maintenance managers and technicians that were not satisfied with their clunky and hard to use maintenance solutions. They needed something that is easy to use and adaptable to different workflows.

Limble offers a wide array of functionalities that are built upon these core features:
1. Asset management (detailed asset logs and maintenance history for each asset, ability to create an unlimited number of custom fields, organize assets in a clear parent-to-child hierarchy)
2. Work order management (drag and drop maintenance calendar, automatic email and push notifications for new tasks, maintenance checklist builder, a complete overview of work-in-progress)
4. Work request portal (easily submit work request by scanning a QR code or visiting a URL and typing in your request)
5. Spare parts inventory module (automatic parts usage tracking and inventory forecast, instant push and email notifications when a part’s quantity is low, manage inventory with QR codes)
6. Custom dashboard and reports (create and track your own maintenance KPIs and metrics, view reports that are automatically generated and updated based on your metrics)
7. Vendor management (store vendor information, associate vendors with assets they maintain or parts they supply, maintain records of vendor’s time, parts used, invoices, cost, and other desired data)
8. Sensor integration (Limble offers integration with condition-monitoring sensors for running CBM or predictive maintenance)
