This service will boost income and profits and beat the competition, by running a customer friendship system which is based on a cardless customer loyalty and reward program.

Retailers will benefit from digital coupons and gift cards, prepaid goods and service subscriptions, numerous communication channels, and other outstanding business features of the inCust platform.

Customers are identified by their phone numbers. This means there is no need to invest in production and management of plastic cards and installation of custom hardware. The loyalty program can be run in 15 minutes, and new customers are added to the system instantly, as they make their first purchase.

inCust provides direct real-time channels for communicating with customers, in the form of SMS and push messages, news streams on customer smartphones, direct chats with businesses, as well as the self-service Kiosk solution for points of sale. Those channels provide much better read rate than traditional email newsletters.
