    What is this service generally used for?
  • Smaply provides a tool that allows people to share, collaborate, track, analyze, improve and present an experience. Unlike, excel, powerpoint, all Smaply users can create and collaborate on designing and building journey maps, stakeholder maps and personas.

    Smaply has three tools within the software: a persona editor, stakeholder map editor and journey map editor. Within journey map editor there are multiple different lanes that folks can use to design a journey map. text lane, storyboard lane, emotional journey lane, dramatic arc, channel lane, backstage lane, file lane and live data lane.

  • Does this service integrate with any other apps?
  • No.

  • Does this service offer guides, tutorials and or customer support?
  • Yes, we have a free learning toolkit available on learn.smaply.com that includes video tutorials, case studies, templates, cheat sheets as well as information about the tool itself. We also have a blog with a lot of information and a helpdesk where you can find articles and click-guides for the use of specific features.
