Conversica offers several online training courses and resources including Conversica Academy, Conversica Console, and Conversica Help Desk. Furthermore, every customer is assigned a customer success manager who supports every step of the process to ensure a successful deployment. Corporate customers have the option to purchase a professional service package called the Data Integration Package, which provides customized trainings for their team for key items.
Typically, our implementation process takes under two weeks to complete and includes strategy sessions, technical implementations, training, and activation. The most important thing is for teams within the customer company to be involved and supportive of getting Conversica up and running.
Support comes standard with our subscription services including Sales AI Assistant, Customer Success AI Assistant, Admissions AI Assistant, Automotive Sales AI Assistant and Automotive Service AI Assistant. Professional services (including action packages, enhanced support, performance optimization, and data integration) for specific projects or needs are available for an additional fee.
