Transcripts are also searchable so clients can recall past conversations using keywords and phrases with an intelligent search engine. Another analytics tool for clients is Call Intelligence. Call Intelligence lets businesses review and analyze data of which actions were taken during calls including appointments scheduled, transferred calls, intake forms completed, and more.
