About Deductions Cloud

HighRadius Deductions Cloud automates backup retrieval, predicts deductions validity and speeds up deductions resolution with structured workflows thereby lowering write-offs. It supports deduction management by providing:

  • A robust Claims and POD Automation Engine to automatically download and capture information from all back-up documents.
  • A structured workflow and collaboration engine for streamlined communication with customer service, warehouse and sales teams for faster deductions resolution.
  • An automatic customer correspondence engine for faster customer collaboration.
  • The ability to create deductions during cash application even when the customer doesn't supply a claim document.
  • The capability to auto-match and resolve all trade deductions while easily integrating with most of the Trade Promotion Management Systems.
  • An automatic web push engine to automatically upload denial forms and packages to customer portals and websites.

It also leverages machine learning algorithms driven artificial intelligence to predict the validity of deductions using the Rivana Artificial Intelligence platform to eliminate time lost working on valid deductions. The machine learning algorithm has been trained on more than $30B of deductions from real-world A/R data.

By leveraging invalid deductions prediction, A/R teams will now be able to control inaccurate write-offs, improve net recovery rate, and also perform root-cause analysis to prevent deductions at the source.
