Critique will bring the reviews from the travel websites like TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Trivago and many more to which the hotel is connected with under one roof. The users can track the sources of the reviews too, thereby can get an overview of sites bringing more or fewer reviews.

The system provides deep insights into the services which are preferred by the guests and which are not. The user can then work accordingly on the weak points. One can mail the reviews directly from the system itself. Additionally, sentiment analysis can be performed to gauge the guest’s behaviour.

The users will get a notification for new reviews once a day. The system also lets the user translate the review in the desired language. Furthermore, the user can bifurcate the reviews as per the actions are taken on it. This will keep the reviews organized effectively.

A detailed graphical representation to inspect every parameter of your hotel in a form of graphical representation. This will help you to have distinct and detailed understandings of your hotel’s various parameters have improved or worsened according to reviews received.
