  • Absorb offers a 24/7 HelpDesk, as well as Absorb Academy where you can look up many common questions and answers on demand.
    Absorb also offers a tiered support model whereby three (3) different support models are available to our clients.
    A. Premium Support – Our standard support model which is offered to all clients at no charge.
    B. Elite Support: Our Premium model plus a dedicated Client Success Manager, regular business reviews, and an SSL certificate for Custom URL.
    C. Enterprise Support: Our Elite model plus, On-site training, Priority issue resolution SLA, High priority ticket resolution, and an invitation to All Absorb Events.
    Absorb operates a follow-the-sun 24/7 customer support desk staffed by in-house software engineers.
    Requests for assistance can be made by phone (toll-free) which rings to the appropriate office location depending on the time of day or maybe made directly on our site, by submission of a help desk ticket.
