The main purpose of this service is recovering revenue by resolving failing payments and automatically keeping credit cards updated. It resolves failing payments and does a great job retaining customers by dunning email campaigns. The customer reach is aimed at resolving soft declines and increasing restoration efforts.

Emails can be customized, sent from various email addresses, and verified with SPF/DKIM. Churn Buster contacts a customer after two failed card payment retries, allowing temporary issues, like daily spending limits or temporary holds.
