About SpidergapSpidergap is an online tool for creating and running 360° feedback assessments. Employee-focused feedback reports help workers identify priorities for improvement and take action on personal development. The solution can be used within organizations that want to assess 10 people, or 10,000. Spidergap is typically used by human resources, learning & development staff, leaders in small to medium-sized businesses, and consultants. Users can create and manage assessments that are easy to understand and simple to use. Questionnaires are completely customizable and can be edited at any time. Spidergap’s online designer lets users drag-and-drop to add questions, add text or edit rating scales. Organizations can even add their own logo and other custom branding. Spidergap’s feedback reports and personal development plans are easy to understand and focus on the end goal. They highlight employee performance results clearly and provide lists of top strengths and top areas to improve. The comparison table shows how many employees agreed with the desired improvements in relation to each area.
