About Real Time FeedbackFounded in 2019 by serial entrepreneur Adam Alfia, Real Time Feedback was a solution to an issue he found himself facing within his businesses. Contrary to the fact Alfia’s seafood chain, Shell Shack, had a consistent stream of diners, the chain received seldom online reviews. The occasional less-than-perfect ratings often highlighted issues that were easily rectifiable — if only management was aware. Determined to bridge the gap, Adam along with his brother, Kfir Alfia, ventured to develop an elegant solution that empowers customers to anonymously submit feedback directly to management, exemplifying their philosophy: “Help before they Yelp.” |
