About Property Matrix
This is a cloud-based real estate and property management platform, suitable for residential complexes and multi-family units. The software covers estate accounting, property maintenance and management, as well as lease tracking.
Other features include CRM, document management, tenant portal, themes, owner statements, credit card processing, and more. There is also the accounting package that consists of CAM charges, account payable, accounts receivable and a detailed transactional history.
Property Matrix grants property management full control, and the possibility to customize the software to their specific needs. The suite also includes a customizable reporting system and all financial data about the property.

About BookingSync
Our History
BookingSync was born out of a personal vacation rental problem, one familiar to many owners: how to save time managing your property and book more? Our Founder and CEO Sébastien Grosjean was (and still is) a vacation rental owner managing properties in Lefkada, Greece. He was also (and still is) a software developer. Juggling multiple listings and competing inquiries, Séb was looking to make his booking process more efficient. He decided to sit down and code. With over 25 years of experience in the vacation rental industry and over 15 years in software development, Séb started building what would become BookingSync.
