The Promys help desk tool enables business owners to see client assets under a service deal or blanket agreements in form of tickets. Users can set up workflows, color coding and escalations and definite various ticket priorities. There is also a project management module, providing detailed profitability visibility, and budget analytics.

Except for service automation, Promys also provides customer self-service portal, resource scheduling, and integrations with frequently used business applications.

Zapier is an automation platform that moves between apps, creating workflows and automated tasks. The main goal of this service is increasing individual's or team's productivity by creating processes, so users can focus on their most important work.

This is an integration platform, that triggers the previously defined action when a certain event happens. The trigger could be a received email, while the action could be moving the attachment to Dropbox, and alert in Slack, or SMS notifications. These automated tasks are named "Zaps".

Zapier offers many features like task history, import/export via Google Sheets, dashboards, connected accounts, calendar synchs, zap templates, user community, and so on.
