All editions support independant merchants as well as multi-outlet businesses, including franchises and multi-store corporations.

A Restful API based on JSON data exchange format is supplied with each Silver and Gold subscription.

Customer support is included free with every subscription. Includes 24x7 e-mail support as well as phone support and remote dial-in support during standard business hours (9:00a-5:00p) Eastern Time. Gold edition includes priority support. Online help is available from within the application. A video tutorial library is also included. Each client also receives up to 2 hours of getting started training with a live customer support representative (included).
