Spidergap is typically used by human resources, learning & development staff, leaders in small to medium-sized businesses, and consultants. Users can create and manage assessments that are easy to understand and simple to use. Questionnaires are completely customizable and can be edited at any time. Spidergap’s online designer lets users drag-and-drop to add questions, add text or edit rating scales. Organizations can even add their own logo and other custom branding. Spidergap’s feedback reports and personal development plans are easy to understand and focus on the end goal.
