Supported Payment Methods

Using MONEI, you can accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express and also some additional credit cards like JCB, Maestro, Discover, and Diners cards.

It also accepts new payment methods like Apple Pay, Android Pay, Amex Express Checkout, Google Pay, Bitcoin and SEPA mandates.

Fees, Chargebacks, and Refunds

No setup fees, no monthly fees. You don’t sell, you don’t pay. Simple schema of fees: % over the total amount of the transaction and a small fixed fee per transaction, no matter how big is the amount.

In the event of a refund, MONEI will return the entire transaction fees (percentage + fixed)

There is a chargeback fee of €15, though this amount will be returned to you if the dispute is resolved in your favor.

    What do the different user roles mean?
    Project users can create and respond to tasks. Timesheet/Expense users can create and submit timesheets & expenses as well as create and respond to tasks. Resource Scheduling users can be added to the team schedule as resources. Invoice users can perform invoice, payment and credit functions. Admin users can access all Avaza functionality.
