  • The software has the concept of Roles, where you can define multiple roles within the system and decide which users fall into which roles. You can fully define exactly what each role can do within the system - what access they have, what they can see/do. You can have unlimited number of users and they can be managed within the system. The system also handles Single Sign On to make managing the authentication side easier if clients already use that.

  • The system will work well with any existing HR back office system the client has, such as Oracle, Peoplesoft etc. Very often clients find main stream vendors offerings in the compensation/total rewards management area are not very configurable or flexible.
