Identify and build visitor profiles. Both known and unknown visitors are tracked, capturing their online behaviors (product browsed, clicks, carts created, campaign actions) and descriptive attributes (name, location, device ) as part of the ongoing process to build a comprehensive user profile.

This way you can run targeted campaigns for a specific segment or respond in real time based on their last actions (e.g., trigger a promotion on site after a visitor clicked on a particular campaign).
