  • The Gantt Chart is a planning and scheduling tool showing tasks on a timeline and how they relate to each other. As a project manager, you'll see what has to be done, by whom, and when. The Portfolio Gantt offers the "big picture meta Gantt” about all the projects in your portfolio.
