inCust lets any business, from a street merchant to large nationwide networks, turn occasional visitors into returning customers. This service will boost income and profits and beat the competition, by running a customer friendship system which is based on a cardless customer loyalty and reward program.

Retailers will benefit from digital coupons and gift cards, prepaid goods and service subscriptions, numerous communication channels, and other outstanding business features of the inCust platform.

Customers are identified by their phone numbers. This means there is no need to invest in production and management of plastic cards and installation of custom hardware. The loyalty program can be run in 15 minutes, and new customers are added to the system instantly, as they make their first purchase.

inCust provides direct real-time channels for communicating with customers, in the form of SMS and push messages, news streams on customer smartphones, direct chats with businesses, as well as the self-service Kiosk solution for points of sale. Those channels provide much better read rate than traditional email newsletters.

Sales can be incentivized by selling subscriptions and prepaid packages of goods and services. Advanced marketing mechanisms include sending messages with fine-grained targeting, offering coupons and gift cards (certificates) to prospects and new visitors and using the coupon exchange to gain new customers.

Real-time statistics lets businesses see the effectiveness of their loyalty program and carry marketing campaigns if needed.

Loyalty programs can be individual for each business under the inCust trademark or an optional white-labeled and customized for specific business needs. Coalition (joint) loyalty programs are available as well.

Our products are delivered white label and made available on a Software as a Service model. All products and services are realised through consumer and merchant interfaces, that are branded, owned and monetised by the banks.

Our expertise allows banks to become masters of technology-driven innovation and digital user experiences. The Auka technology enables increased customer acquisition and revenue generation enabling banks to fight off competition in an increasingly competitive market.

We also provide customised design, localisation services and technical integrations on-demand.

Our consumer app supports any funding source (accounts, cards, prepaid, lines of credit) and covers virtually every payment scenario:
1. Person-to-person payments, allowing people to transact and engage with each other.
2. Person-to Merchant Payments, allowing people to pay at SME merchants, covering both remote and on-site payment scenarios, with advanced options catering to take away/delivery, ticketing, coupons and more.

We also provide Integrated Merchant Payments, which enables mobile payments in external systems such as eCOM platforms, POS Systems, invoicing systems and 3rd party apps. All of these payment products are issued to consumers via our white label consumer app. With our Merchant Console, we also provide all the necessary tools for merchants to accept mobile payments including product management and marketing, order handling and sales and settlement reporting.

Person-to-Person Payments (P2P)
P2P enables the bank to offer real-time person-to-person payments funded by and settled to any funding source, including accounts, cards, prepaid and lines of credit. Transaction processing can be configured to cater to any local, regional or international constellation.

Digital Cash Payments
Digital Cash Payments is Auka´s turnkey mobile payments product for SMEs, enabling consumers to pay at SME merchants using their mobile phone, funded by any funding source including accounts, cards, prepaid and lines of credit.
