About iLobby

iLobby is a cloud-based visitor registration management solution designed to help businesses with a visitor-stream monitor daily visitors to their facility and create a safe working environment. The software is targeted at businesses in the manufacturing, education and government sectors and helps to automate various front desk activities such as visitor notifications, visitor image capture and daily report generation.

iLobby enables the printing of custom badges and QR codes for all visitors, which can be re-used for subsequent visits, helping to save time. The product stores all visitor data, which can be sent to the various stakeholders for compliance and auditing purposes. iLobby also enables businesses to inspect, accept and record every package received or dispatched from the facility as well as assists in emergency evacuations by sending notifications to all employees to let them know when an evacuation - drill or otherwise - must happen.
