iLobby is a cloud-based visitor registration management solution designed to help businesses with a visitor-stream monitor daily visitors to their facility and create a safe working environment. iLobby enables the printing of custom badges and QR codes for all visitors, which can be re-used for subsequent visits, helping to save time. The software also lets hosts generate pre-registrations that can automatically be sent to visitors with all the necessary location and meeting details. The application can send automatic visitor notifications to the host via SMS, email or voice message as soon as their guests check-in at the reception. Other functionalities offered by the tool include visitor image capture and storage, and on-premise time tracking. The product stores all visitor data, which can be sent to the various stakeholders for compliance and auditing purposes. iLobby also enables businesses to inspect, accept and record every package received or dispatched from the facility as well as assists in emergency evacuations by sending notifications to all employees to let them know when an evacuation - drill or otherwise - must happen.
