iLobby is a cloud-based visitor registration management solution designed to help businesses with a visitor-stream monitor daily visitors to their facility and create a safe working environment. The software is targeted at businesses in the manufacturing, education and government sectors and helps to automate various front desk activities such as visitor notifications, visitor image capture and daily report generation.
iLobby enables the printing of custom badges and QR codes for all visitors, which can be re-used for subsequent visits, helping to save time. The software also lets hosts generate pre-registrations that can automatically be sent to visitors with all the necessary location and meeting details. The application can send automatic visitor notifications to the host via SMS, email or voice message as soon as their guests check-in at the reception.
