Software Description:

Tanda is an online workforce management software, that encompasses time & attendance, workforce scheduling, payroll integration, and reporting tools. The service provider also offers mobile time clock apps for Android and iOS.

Employees can start and stop electronic attendance clock on their smartphones, using photo verification or passcode. All data are synchronized in real time with the platform's database, and all attendance and time sheets are being filled automatically. Also, these functions are linked to employee's profiles, so they are being updated continuously.

The rotas can be sent to the staff via SMS or email. Users have payroll calculation tool available, which can be integrated with the most-used accounting software, like Sage, Quickbooks, or Xero. This way, the payroll processing time is being cut by half.
